Section titled “What It Does”Unlocks the Obol Gachapon Machine, allowing you to buy Red capsules for 10 tokens after the June 10 balance patch.

Patch Notes
Section titled “Patch Notes”- June 10 balance patch reduced the Red capsule token cost from 25 tokens to 10 tokens and reduced Gacha capsule unlock costs.
